- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 450g pasta
- 175ml chicken stock
- Water
- 1 stick salted butter
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Salt to taste
