Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 slices of bread (whole wheat or white)
  • 3 large boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped pickled cucumber
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional, for bread)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preparation Steps:
    Drain the Tuna: Open the can and drain the liquid thoroughly.
    Prepare Tuna Salad: In a bowl, mix tuna, chopped eggs, pickled cucumber, mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
    Prepare the Bread: Toast the bread lightly or leave it fresh. Spread butter on one side if desired.
    Assemble the Sandwich: Spread a generous layer of tuna salad on one slice of bread. Top with another slice and gently press.
    Serve & Enjoy: Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately for a delicious, satisfying meal.

Notes
