Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups crushed ladyfingers or graham crackers
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 24 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup brewed espresso
  • ½ cup mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp espresso
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preparation Steps:
    1️⃣ Prepare the Crust: Mix crushed ladyfingers, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a springform pan. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 10 minutes. Cool.
    2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Batter: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs individually, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Stir in sour cream, vanilla, and espresso.
    3️⃣ Bake the Cheesecake: Pour batter over the crust. Set the pan in a water bath and bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Let it cool in the oven with the door open, then refrigerate for 4+ hours.
    4️⃣ Prepare the Tiramisu Layer: Whip mascarpone, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until fluffy. Spread over the chilled cheesecake.
    5️⃣ Final Touch: Dust with cocoa powder and top with chocolate shavings. Slice and serve!
