  • Ground beef 80/20 – 2 lbs
  • Bread crumbs – 1 cup
  • Milk – 1/2 cup
  • Egg – 2 large
  • Onion finely chopped – 1 medium
  • Garlic minced – 2 cloves
  • Worcestershire sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup – 1/3 cup
  • Mustard – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • Paprika – 1/2 tsp
  • Brown sugar – 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Step 1 – Prep Ingredients:
    πŸ”ͺ Finely chop 1 onion & mince 2 garlic cloves.
    πŸ₯› Soak 1 cup breadcrumbs in Β½ cup milk for 5 min.
  • Step 2 – Mix It Up:
    πŸ₯£ In a large bowl, mix 2 lbs ground beef, soaked breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, onion, garlic, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/3 cup ketchup, 1 tbsp mustard, and seasonings (1 tsp salt, Β½ tsp black pepper, Β½ tsp paprika).

  • Step 3 – Shape & Bake:
