- 1 tsp matcha powder high-quality, ceremonial grade preferred
- ½ cup fresh strawberries sliced, for puree
- 1 cup milk whole, almond, oat, or any preferred milk
- 1 tsp honey or sweetener of choice
- Ice cubes optional, for a chilled drink
Prepare the Strawberry Puree: Blend the fresh strawberries until smooth. If you like it sweeter, add a little honey or sweetener.
