Ingredients
  

  • 500g mixed seafood (shrimp, fish fillets, squid)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped (or 1 can of crushed tomatoes)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp ground coriander
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup fish stock or water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preparation Steps:
    Heat olive oil in a tagine or pot. Sauté onions until soft.
    Add garlic, then stir in tomatoes and spices. Let simmer.
    Add seafood, pour in stock, and cover. Cook until seafood is tender.
    Stir in lemon juice, adjust seasoning, and garnish with cilantro.
    Serve hot with crusty bread. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra depth of flavor, let the sauce simmer longer before adding seafood. Serve with couscous or warm bread to soak up the delicious sauce! 🍽️✨
