  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped herbs (rosemary, thyme, or parsley)
  • 1/2 cup chopped olives (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preparation Steps:
    Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan or cake tin.
    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan.
    Whisk Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and olive oil (or melted butter) until smooth.
    Combine: Add the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
    Add Savory Goodness: Fold in chopped herbs, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes if using.
    Bake: Pour the batter into your prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
