  • 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp instant yeast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ cup (180ml) warm water
  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef or lamb (or a mix)
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup tomato, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

  • Preparation Steps:
    Prepare the Dough – Mix flour, salt, sugar, yeast, and warm water. Knead until smooth and let it rise.
    Make the Topping – Combine minced meat, finely chopped veggies, and spices into a rich, flavorful mixture.
    Roll & Assemble – Divide the dough, roll it thin, and evenly spread the meat mixture on top.
    Bake – Cook in a hot oven until crispy and golden.
