Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast (2 ¼ tsp)
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh rosemary (optional)
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Preparation Steps:
    Activate yeast by combining warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes.
    In a bowl, mix flour and salt, then add yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir until dough forms.
    Work the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
    Allow the dough to rest for 1 hour, or until it has doubled in volume.
    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Punch down dough and shape on a baking sheet.
    Top with olive oil, garlic, mozzarella, and rosemary.
    Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly. Sprinkle with sea salt before serving.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the garlic to your liking or swap mozzarella with other cheeses like provolone for a tangier twist. Perfect for serving as a side or sandwich bread!
