Ingredients
2pork sausages
2rashers of smoked bacon
2eggs
½cupbaked beans
½tomatohalved
½cupmushroomssliced
1–2 slices of breadtoasted
1tspbutter
1sliceblack puddingoptional
Salt & pepper to taste
Cooking oil or butter for frying
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the sausages
Warm a pan over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil.
Cook sausages slowly for about 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
Step 2: Fry the bacon
In the same pan or a separate one, fry the bacon until crispy (about 4–5 minutes). Remove and keep warm.
Step 3: Grill or pan-fry the tomato and mushrooms
Grill tomato halves cut-side up or fry with a little oil.
Cook mushrooms in butter until golden and tender (about 5–6 minutes). Season lightly.
Step 4: Warm the baked beans
Heat beans in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 5: Cook the eggs
Fry eggs sunny side up or to your liking in a lightly oiled pan. Keep yolks runny for that authentic touch!
Step 6: Toast the bread and butter it
Toast your bread slices and butter them while warm.
Step 7: Optional: Cook black pudding
Fry a slice of black pudding for 2–3 minutes on each side until crisp.
Step 8: Plate and serve

Notes
