Ingredients
  

  • 700g flour
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp instant yeast
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • warm water
  • 300g chicken breast
  • 2 onions
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp barbecue sauce
  • 4 tbsp cheese sauce
  • 300g grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

Instructions
 

  • Make the Dough: Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Add oil and warm water to form a smooth dough. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  • Cook the Filling: Sauté onions and carrots in oil. Add chicken and cook through. Season and mix in sauces and cheese.
  • Assemble the Pie: Roll out dough, layer the filling, top with cheese, and cover with more dough. Seal the edges.
  • Cook the Pie: Cook on low heat for 25-30 minutes, flip, and cook another 15-20 minutes until golden.

Notes

  • Use leftover chicken to make the filling faster!
  • For extra flavor, try adding mushrooms or bell peppers.
  • If you prefer baking, set your oven to 350°F and bake for 40-45 minutes.
