- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Salt and pepper To taste
Prepare the Chicken Patties Cut the chicken breasts into even-sized pieces. Marinate in buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes. Prepare the Coating In a bowl,combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk the egg in a separate bowl. Place panko bread crumbs in another shallow bowl. Coat the Chicken Dredge chicken in flour mixture, ensuring even coverage. Dip into the egg mixture. Coat with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently. Fry the Chicken Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Toast the BunsButter the buns and toast them in a skillet until golden. Assemble the BurgerSpread sauce on both buns.
