  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp fajita seasoning
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sour cream & fresh cilantro (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

  • Preparation Steps:
    Make the Dough: Activate yeast in warm water with sugar. Combine with flour, salt, and olive oil, then knead until smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
    Prepare the Chicken Fajita Topping: In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook sliced chicken with fajita seasoning, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until golden. Set aside.
    Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers and onions until slightly tender.
    Assemble the Pizza: Roll out the dough and place it on a greased baking sheet. Top with mozzarella, cheddar, cooked chicken, and sautéed veggies.
    Bake: Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
    Serve & Enjoy: Garnish with fresh cilantro and a dollop of sour cream. Serve with lime wedges for a fresh citrus kick!
