- 4 ripe bananas naturally sweet and creamy
- 150 g dark or milk chocolate melted
- Β½ cup liquid cream for smooth texture
- 1-2 tbsp cocoa powder for decoration
Mash the bananas: In a blender, puree the bananas until smooth.
Melt the chocolate: Use a microwave or double boiler to melt the chocolate.
Combine ingredients: Add melted chocolate and liquid cream to the blender. Mix until silky and well combined.
Transfer to a mold: Line a container with parchment paper and pour the mixture in. Smooth the top.
Freeze: Place in the freezer for at least 4-5 hours or until firm.
Decorate & serve: Once set, remove from the mold, dust with cocoa powder, slice, and enjoy!
